Cutting edge tech and compassion to make women heard
Yorkshire Evening Post
|August 27, 2025
A wellbeing app designed by and for neurodivergent women has been named as one of the 19 finalists in the West Yorkshire Big Ideas Challenge.
MAGI is an AI-powered platform that provides personalised emotional support, practical tools and decision-making help.
It's an app created with neurodivergent conditions such as ADHD and autism in mind but the practical tools and emotional support it provides are relevant to anyone feeling burned out, overwhelmed or experiencing hormonal shifts.
The app, currently in its development phase, uses AI to track patterns in behaviour, mood and symptoms. From the information it gathers, it can tailor personalised support strategies for its user. Leeds-based creator Carly Walter said: “The more you use MAGI, the more she adapts to you-responding like a supportive guide, not a generic chatbot.
