Leeds Schools FA Under-13s Boys secured a 1-0 Yorkshire Cup win over previously unbeaten Rotherham at Millmoor Stadium last Saturday.

Leeds defied the odds with a performance that left supporters and coaches full of pride.
The decisive moment came early in the second half. A deflected shot caused problems for the Rotherham goalkeeper. Oscar Popplewell was quickest to react and, calmly, slotted home.
From that point on, Leeds stepped up a gear, playing some of their best football of the season. They carved out several excellent chances to extend the lead, combining fluid passing with intelligent movement.
