City centre pub covered in scaffolding for works

Scaffolding has gone up at the Three Legs pub in Leeds city centre as the long-running drinking den undergoes “essential” maintenance.

Sharp-eyed locals quickly noticed the striking terracotta exterior that stands out on The Headrow had been covered by scaffolding earlier this week.

Addressing the issue, a spokesperson assured punters that the Greene King pub would continue trading as usual during the maintenance work.
