Boss Farke responds to fan anger and questions over his job security

Leeds United boss Daniel Farke has responded to fan anger and questions over his job security after a 2-1 defeat by Aston Villa at Elland Road.

The final whistle was greeted with boos from sections of Elland Road and some supporters in the Kop chanted 'you don't know what you're doing' as Farke walked around the pitch with his players. Earlier on with the score locked at 1-1 a fan attempted to approach the Leeds dugout but was bundled away by security staff and stewards. And there were chants from the South Stand demanding Farke make substitutions.

Leeds took the lead through Lukas Nmecha's early goal but a sloppy start to the second half saw Morgan Rogers equalise. Rogers grabbed his second with an impressive direct free-kick and though Leeds had the ball in the net again, a handball by Dominic Calvert-Lewin saw it ruled out.
