Tucked away in the historic heart of Sunny Bank Mills, fit20 Farsley has been quietly transforming how local people think about fitness since 2017.

While traditional gyms often focus on high-energy classes and lengthy workouts, this innovative studio has built its reputation on something radically simple-completing just one 20-minute session per week.

There are no mirrors, blaring music or rows of treadmills. Instead, members step into a calm, air-conditioned space for a focused, personalised strength session with their trainer-either one-to-one, or one-to-two.
