CHANDIGARH: A delegation of the Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (HSGPC) met Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini at his residence here today.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister congratulated the newly elected members of the committee and said this is a historic moment for the Sikh community. For the first time after the formation of the present government for the third time, the elections of HSGPC have been conducted peacefully. This committee will play an important role in the operation and management of Sikh gurdwaras in the state.
