Wales legend Jess calls time on her career

WELSH football's most-capped player Jess Fishlock has announced her international retirement.
The 38-year-old, who's also the nation's record goalscorer, has confirmed she will play her final game for Wales against Australia at the Cardiff City Stadium on October 22.
Fishlock has won 165 caps for her country, and was also part of the team that made history by becoming the first women's side to represent Wales at a major tournament at Euro 2025.
She also has 48 goals to her name, and will retire as one of the all-time greats of Welsh football.
In a statement confirming the news, Fishlock said: "After nineteen years and the most incredible journey of proudly representing my country, I have made the decision that the match against Australia will be my last one in the red of Cymru.
