Time to pay heed to climate change

THE weekend's devastating floods in Monmouth are yet another worrying sign of climate change that those in power can surely no longer ignore.
-
Residents and emergency crews say they saw record-breaking water levels and the worst floods for decades.
Sadly, it is a cleanup that will have to be done again and again unless serious heed is paid to what is happening to our climate.
There is already disillusion about the Cop30 climate talks currently being held in Brazil.
Sadly, the 30th such talks, this time being held in Brazil, seem once again to be nothing more than a talking shop, say activists.
