Students want home comforts after gaining a first away victory

CARDIFF Met skipper CJ Craven couldn’t have been happier when his side picked up their first win of the season at Caernarfon Town last weekend and next on the agenda is a first win on home turf at Cyncoed.

The Archers will get their chance to do that when they welcome Bala Town in the JD Cymru Premier as they continue to fight their way out of the bottom tier of the table.
"It's always nice when you win 3-0, especially away from home, and that victory has been a long time coming. Nine games was a long time to wait,” said Craven.
“We've had numerous opportunities to win matches before, but we always seemed to get pipped.
“We thoroughly deserved to win in Caernarfon.”
The three points came at a crucial time with Lee John’s Llanelli Town side on the march.
