Rock and pop royalty line up to appear at Cardiff Castle

TWO more huge artists have joined the list of Cardiff Castle's highly-anticipated summer 2026 gigs next year.

It was announced on Monday that Bastille and Richard Ashcroft will be joining the star-studded line up.
Indie pop band Bastille, fronted by vocalist Dan Smith, alongside Kyle Simmons on keys, bass and guitarist Will Farquarson and drummer Chris ‘Woody’ Wood have been announced as one of the latest headline artists playing TK Maxx presents Depot Live at Cardiff Castle this summer.
Two-time Ivor Novello and triple BRIT Award winner, Richard Ashcroft will also be be performing at the castle in July.
Bastille will be performing at the outdoor venue on Friday, July 10, 2026, with support from London-based Arthur Hill and young Ukrainian musician Carpetman.
