NEW details have been revealed for plans to transform a Grade II building in the heart of Swansea.

Peter Loosemore, of St Mary's Square Developments Ltd, has asked Swansea council for permission to transform Mond Buildings at Union Street.
The company had been working on plans to transform the building, which dates back to 1911, and is described by Cadw as an Edwardian Baroque-style exterior constructed of Portland stone with extensive classical detailing.
