Dragons can fly up the table - Dobson

GEORGE Dobson wants Wrexham to be the team which puts a run together to really fly up the Championship table.

Following a slow start to the campaign, Phil Parkinson's new-look outfit have adjusted well to life at a higher level and steadily climbed the division after putting together a nine-game unbeaten run.

Despite being 14th in the standings following Saturday's 2-2 draw at home to Watford, the Reds are only six points away from the playoffs.

The second tier is renowned for being competitive and tight, with sides at the bottom capable of beating the leaders, but Dobson knows the rewards are there if Wrexham can string a number of wins together especially during the busy festive period when the games come thick and fast.
