Abuser who 'left his ex for dead' but walked free is finally jailed

A SERIAL domestic abuser has been locked up for harassing his former partner while serving a suspended sentence.
The fresh jail term passed on June 5 comes just four months after Adam Wiggins received a 24-month sentence, suspended for two years, for attacking the same woman.
The original case took place in February 2026 at Cardiff Crown Court where it was heard how military veteran Wiggins, 35, beat up the woman in August 2025 before running off and leaving the police to find her bleeding and terrified.
Victim Kerry Ford previously described how she felt "left for dead", stating: "I remember three or four blows to my face and side of my head and then I must have been unconscious.
"I woke up on the floor to him kicking me with my arm held up to my face.
"And with that I got up and I was completely covered head to toe in blood - I was warm.
"My whole body was warm and my face was warm."
