Mansion is all yours for £150k, but there's a catch

CRUMBLING 17th-century mansion which needs to be completely rebuilt has gone on the market for £150,000.

The house hasn't been lived in for more than a century
Grade II-listed Burghill Lodge near Hereford has been in a “ruinous condition” for decades and only some brickwork and timber frame remain.
Planning permission has been approved to restore and rebuild the property as a six-bedroom house surrounded by an acre of gardens.
It has now gone on the market for £150,000 as the ultimate doer-upper project - which would cost almost £1 million to renovate.
The house was originally the manor for one of the largest dairy farms in Europe but has not been lived in for more than 100 years.
It was abandoned when the family built a larger 12-bedroom property nearby, called The Lodge, and this house fell into disrepair.
