Five held after e-scooter crash

FIVE people have been arrested after an e-scooter rider was rushed to hospital after a serious late-night crash in Cheltenham.

Police were called by the ambulance service with a report of a collision between a vehicle, which is believed to be white, and a man on an e-scooter at around 11pm on Saturday.
