Frustrated landlord ditches parking firm

A PUB landlord has said he will no longer be using a private firm to manage his car park after too many of his customers received fines.

Mark Graham, of the Star Inn at Vogue, described Civil Enforcement Ltd as ‘bullish’ and said he had issues with it “from the start”.

Mr Graham said the parking company removed its sign and machine on September 15 after he told them he'd “had enough’

He made the decision after he received a number of complaints from customers who had been fined for using the car park.
