- BY PATRICK AUSTEN-HARDY

PERFECT GIFT

UP FOR THE CUP: Barrie Drewitt-Barlow (left) holds the FA Cup and (above) striker Freddie Sears

REALITY TV star and millionaire Barrie Drewitt-Barlow bought Maldon and Tiptree as a Christmas present for his son - now they want to wrap up a place in the FA Cup second round.

The Step-4, Essex based minnows travel to League One side Port Vale as the lowest ranked team left in the competition.

In 1999, Drewlitt-Barlow and his former husband Tony were recognised as Britain's first gay dads after having twins through surrogacy. He once made headlines for buying his first granddaughter a £1million house when she was born.
