Arteta dealt City a Premier League title hammer blow back in 2012 when he netted a late winner for the Gunners against Roberto Mancini's side.
The Spaniard flashed a brilliant 25-yard drive past keeper Joe Hart to leave City eight points adrift of Manchester United with just six Premier League matches to spare.
