CHILLED TO CRACK IT TODAY

JOSH TONGUE claimed England are “pretty chilled" about chasing 374 to win at The Oval today - because they have already confounded the odds this summer.

Only once before - against India at Edgbaston three years ago - have England scored more in the fourth innings to win a Test.

But they knocked off 373 to go 1-0 up at Headingley in June, and despite losing opener Zak Crawley to a superb Mohammed Siraj yorker from the penultimate ball of the day,

Tongue still fancies England's chances in the final Test.

They were 50-1 at the close, and after taking his second five-fer in six Tests to become England's leading wicket-taker in the series, Tongue said: “We're pretty chilled, we're not overthinking it.
