That's the view of Three Lions legend Chris Waddle, who has been impressed with the German manager's willingness to lay his cards on the table.

Waddle, who won 62 caps for England, said: "He's not afraid to upset things, he’s not afraid to do what he wants to do and that’s what you want as a manager.
