A WOMAN thought she had gone barking mad when she spotted the face of her old dog in the fur of her new puppy.

Jodie Murphy got brindle-coated Sealyham Terrier Patrick following the death of six-year-old Mavis - who was the same breed, but white.

But a few days after bringing the pup home, she spotted “ghost markings” on the back of his head that she says look just like his predecessor.
