Nahar Industrial Enterprises Limited has been promoted by the Ludhiana-based Nahar Group, having other blue-chip companies in its stable, such as Monte Carlo Fashions Ltd, Nahar Spinning Mills Ltd, Oswal Woollen Mills, etc. It was established in 1983 as a traditional textile enterprise and is now a heavily diversified conglomerate with significant interests in sugar, power generation, textiles, and real estate.
The textile division currently contributes about 85% market share of the total revenue of Nahar Industrial Enterprise Limited.
The company's vertically integrated textile operation covers the complete gamut of spinning, weaving, processing, and garmenting. The company produces a wide range of products such as knitwear, fabrics, blended yarn, woven garments, and thermal wear, with production facilities located in Punjab and Madhya Pradesh.
