Confusion in Uttarakhand BJP over election delay

Due to the delay in the state president election, there is a state of confusion in the Uttarakhand BJP unit these days, and the heartbeat of the leaders has also increased.

As a result, a sense of disappointment has spread among the workers. The situation is that four posts are vacant in the cabinet of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.

Out of a total of seven ministers, only three are originally BJP ministers, while four have come from Congress. However, Dhami is unable to take any decisions.

Elections are to be held in Uttarakhand in early 2027, meaning less than two years remain. Ministers, leaders, and workers are unsure about what to do because many decisions are stuck due to the organisation elections not being completed.

The reshuffle in the cabinet is also not happening. The officer royal is also keeping an eye on the cabinet reshuffle. The ministers are worried about whether their ministerial posts will be retained.

Panchayat elections are being postponed again and again, raising questions. So far, the atmosphere suggests that the high command is serious about Uttarakhand and that something big and shocking could happen.

The work of the ministers has been reviewed, and a big change may be on the horizon.

In the name of the government, only Dhami seems active, while the speaker, Ritu Khanduri, appears focused on her Assembly constituency, Kotdwar.

Uttarakhand has its own set of problems. Although central government schemes seem to be materialising on the ground, state development schemes in the hilly areas are failing to pick up pace.
