I have been interested in nuclear energy since I was young, and the Government's recent discussions on advanced nuclear technologies are encouraging (New dedicated nuclear teams at EMA, NEA part of efforts to help S'pore make call on nuclear energy, Oct 20).

As a first-year applied chemistry student, I and students like me hope we can contribute to Singapore's energy future.
