Mahathir's Two Sons Declare Over $365m in Assets Amid Probe

Two sons of former Malaysian prime minister Mahathir Mohamad have declared assets worth over RM1.2 billion (S$365 million) to the country's anti-graft agency, amid its ongoing probe into their father.

Tan Sri Mokhzani Mahathir declared RM1 billion in assets, while his elder brother Mirzan Mahathir has about RM246 million, Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief Azam Baki said on Jan 21.

Of the RM1 billion, Mr Mokhzani's personal assets totalled RM360 million. Mr Mirzan's personal assets were valued at RM120 million.
