I refer to the article "Task force recommends grants for renovations, deep cleaning to improve coffee shop toilet cleanliness" (Feb 22). The task force recommended grants be given to coffee shop owners to encourage them to "undertake toilet renovations" and "incorporate regular deep cleaning in their restrooms". This seems too basic.
