Jail for man who attacked victim with baseball bat and fled to JB by hiding in car boot

A man was jailed on Feb 3 for hitting a man on his head with a baseball bat and later fleeing to Johor Bahru in the boot of a car.
Mohammed Fadly Razlisham, 41, had admitted on the same day to voluntarily causing grievous hurt using a dangerous weapon.
He also pleaded guilty to selling 27 bank accounts to unknown individuals, despite knowing they could be used to facilitate scams and cheating offences.
According to court documents, over $1.9 million flowed through these bank accounts in total. It was not mentioned where the money came from or how many scam victims were involved.
For his slew of offences, Fadly was sentenced to 81 months and eight weeks' jail and six strokes of the cane.
Fadly's offence of voluntarily causing grievous hurt took place on July 21, 2022, when he and three friends - Muhammad Shabir Arif Shah, Shawn Christopher Lim Sze Yung and Shahid Nazareen Shah Phul Bahar Hussain - were on their way to Geylang for supper.
