Influencer has to wear electronic tag as part of sentence for shop theft

Influencer Genie Yamaguchi will have to wear an electronic tag and remain indoors from 10pm to 6am every day, as part of her sentence for shop theft.
The 30-year-old was on Sept 23 issued with a day reporting order (DRO) for three months.
This is an alternative sentence to a fine or jail term, with offenders having to report to a day reporting centre on a regular basis.
