Coach Restaurant opening at Jewel Changi Airport
The Straits Times
|October 30, 2025
American fashion house Coach will launch its Coach Restaurant at Jewel Changi Airport on Oct 31. This makes Singapore the first country to house all three of its food and beverage concepts.
The other two are The Coach Coffee Shop, a casual cafe that debuted at Resorts World Sentosa in July, and the world’s only Coach Bar at Coach Play Singapore Shophouse in Keong Saik Road. The bar, initially launched in May as a popup, has extended its run for the time being.
Billed as a modern New York steakhouse, the 3,000 sq ft Coach Restaurant here is similar in style and menu to the first one that opened in Jakarta in 2024.
Its 56-seat space includes a 10-seat bar, 10-seat chef’s counter and another 10 facing the Jewel Rain Vortex. There is also a connecting door to Coach’s recently renovated retail store.
Coach’s glovetanned leather features in various elements, including menu covers, napkin cuffs and staff aprons.
A yellow taxi emerging from the ceiling is a focal point in the restaurant — a nod to Coach’s roots, as it was established in New York in 1941.
