Aware executive director Corinna Lim to step down at year end

Ms Corinna Lim, executive director at women’s advocacy group Association of Women for Action and Research (Aware), will step down at the end of the year.

In a Facebook post on Oct 30, the nonprofit organisation said Ms Lim Shoon Yin will take over from Ms Corinna Lim on Jan 1, 2026.

Ms Lim Shoon Yin is a consultant and global lead for diversity, equity and inclusion capability at Russell Reynolds Associates, an executive search and leadership advisory firm, according to her LinkedIn profile.

Thanking Ms Corinna Lim for her work, Aware said she was instrumental in growing the organisation.
