Playwright & actor Manoj Mitra passed away

Well-known theatre and cinema personality Manoj Mitra died at a private nursing home this morning.
-
He was 86 years old and suffering from age-related ailments.
He was admitted to the private nursing home some days back, where he breathed his last this morning.
Condoling his death, chief minister Mamata Banerjee in her X-handle wrote "Saddened by the demise of the famous actor, director and playwright, Banga Bibbhusan Manoj Mitra today morning.
