Bahraich communal riot: Prime accused gets death, rest jailed for life

A local court on Thursday has awarded the main accused death sentence and the rest nine co-accused have been given life imprisonment in the Ramgopal murder that happened during the 2024 Bharaich communal violence.
According to the prosecution, prime accused, Sarfaraz, has been sentenced to death, while nineothers havebeen sentenced tolife imprisonment.
