Real Madrid beat Borussia Dortmund 3-2 in a nail-biting match to secure their place in the semi-finals of Club World Cup 2025 against Paris Saint-Germain FC.
76,611 fans were in attendance at the MetLife Stadium as Xabi Alonso's squad took on Niko Kovac's Dortmund in the high-voltage quarter-final match in New Jersey.
Dortmund started the game with unrestrained ferocity. Just five minutes into the match, Daniel Svensson made an excellent cross to attacking midfielder Julian Brandt, who missed the chance by a whisker.
