Police on Friday arrested a Master Book Keeper of a Gram Panchayat in Kendrapara district on the charge of coercing around a dozen women Self Help Group members to show their pigmented nevi (moles) on their sensitive parts of bodies and video-graphing of the black moles with promise to pay them Rs 1,000 for each mole.
