Ozzy Osbourne is synonymous with the world of metal music, being the lead singer of Black Sabbath. He rose to fame in the early 1970s, with the whole world tasting new music like blood to a man-eater. Osbourne co-founded Black Sabbath in 1968, providing lead vocals from their eponymous debut studio album in 1970 to Never Say Die! in 1978.

India tasted world music through various sources, streams, and faucets. Metal was one such outlet. The history of metal music has been a rocky road, never really mainstream, but also a safe haven for the tumultuous emotions of the human mind that otherwise music could not reach. Osbourne was the personification of chaos, absolute passion and living life on his own terms, without any prejudice, any subversion, or harm. But the prince of darkness did have a glorious career.
