DONALD Trump has with his absurd tariff war on the world single-handedly united and strengthened the Shanghai Cooperation Agreement (SCA) by uniting China, India and Russia into an economic structural and military powerhouse.
Trump miscalculated the effect that his greed for dollars would have on his political adversaries.
By letting Putin out of lockup with the Russian economy in tatters, Trump has inadvertently created the glue that cements India, Russia and China together.
