20-year-old also stamped on 'motionless' victim's head
DRUNKEN Joseph Evans kicked and stamped on a man outside a city centre nightclub.
The 20-year-old was outside Pink in Hanley with friends when his victim allegedly racially abused and pushed a woman.
North Staffordshire Justice Centre heard Evans shoved the man to the ground, punched him repeatedly to his head and face, and placed him in a headlock before he was restrained.
The victim appeared to be unconscious when Evans kicked him to the face and stamped on his head and back.
Now Evans, of Dereham Way, Bentilee, has been sentenced to a 12-month community order.
