Webb leaves Stone SP in a tangle as Woore bank win

WOORE were in fine form to see off the challenge of Stone SP thirds in NSSCL Division Five.
Woore put themselves in command of proceedings by piling up 248 all out in the formative stages of the contest.
M Webb was the star of the show with a superb 131, which included 13 fours and nine sixes.
Fine support came from A Griffiths (42), while S Bamford picked up 4-40 for Stone SP. There were also a couple of wickets for A Davies.
