First business moving into the Goods Yard is revealed

THE first business moving into Stoke-on-Trent's multi-million pound Goods Yard development has been confirmed as work nears completion.

Global real estate company Avison Young has announced it will relocate teams from the Genesis Centre in Tunstall and Smithfield in Hanley to the 5,000sqft double-height Pavilion building on the Stoke site.

The news comes after Stoke-on-Trent was named by the Sunday Times as one of the best places to invest in the UK earlier this year.
