Teen who lost friend tried to flee police

TEENAGER Henry Kenny failed to stop for police and drove without due care and attention in the early hours.

The 19-year-old was driving in Leek town centre at 3.50am on March 21.
Prosecutor Suzanne Swindail told North Staffordshire Justice Centre: "Police followed the vehicle and formed the opinion it sped up and bounced over speed humps.
"Police initiated blue lights.
