Surprise announcement sees academy technical director Gareth leave the bet365 Stadium
STOKE City have confirmed the surprise departure of academy technical director Gareth Owen.
Owen had taken on a new role in February after six years as academy director. He had spent the previous seven as a youth coach back at the club where he had come through the ranks himself as a player.
