Over-limit owner caught napping in car

BUSINESSMAN John Hollinshead has been handed 10 penalty points after he was caught in his vehicle while over the drink-drive limit.

Magistrates heard the 33-year-old was in a Range Rover in Newcastle on March 8 when police attended after receiving reports the vehicle had crashed and the driver appeared to be unconscious.
