Jack and dad restore 1975 estate car — and convert it into a hearse
IT’S 50 years old - and thanks to a dad and son’s ‘passion project’ it has a new role taking people on ‘one last Mini adventure!
The ‘it’ in question is a 1975 Mini Clubman estate painstakingly restored by student Jack Lonergan and dad Neil in memory of Neil’s father George. Their labour of love, which cost about £5,000, has been featured in specialist magazines, and was due to go on show to enthusiasts yesterday.
