Man's £365 bill for firing gun in garden

FORTY-FOUR-YEAR-OLD Jim Price has been fined £200 after he fired an air weapon in his garden.

North Staffordshire Justice Centre heard two of the small metal balls fired ended up in his neighbour's garden. It happened on April 10.

Prosecutor Lee Stone said: “The complainant lives at an address which backs on to the defendant's address.

“They were in their back garden when they heard loud banging noises.
