Drink-driver, 56 hit side of taxi while 3 times the legal limit

Surveyor handed four-year roads ban

QUANTITY surveyor Elliot Moleko has been banned from driving for four years after he crashed into a taxi when more than three times the legal limit.

The 56-year-old, who has two previous convictions for failing to provide a specimen, was in Birches Head Road, Birches Head, when he was seen driving in a zig zag on the afternoon of September 6.

A taxi coming in the opposite direction was forced to stop because of the Moleko’s driving, - but he hit the side of the front of the victim's cab.
