Owner quits NHS to run cafe with wife and mum-in-law
A NEW cafe and takeaway has opened in Hartshill.
Brew & Butty Bar has launched in the former Makers and More shop in Hartshill Road.
Owner Darren Gilbert, aged 55, left his job at NHS cancer services to run the cafe with his 49-year-old wife Tracy and mother-in-law Dottie Ailwood, aged 75.
