First glimpse of homes' interiors as developer hosting open day at multi-million pound, 174-flat site in the heart of Stoke
PROSPECTIVE owners will today get a first look at homes in Stoke-on-Trent's long-awaited Goods Yard development.
The open day at the Stoke site comes after Capital&Centric, the firm behind the multi-million pound scheme, gave a glimpse at how they will look.
The first residents are expected to move into the 174-flat development from next month. The apartments include one, two and three-bed homes featuring exposed concrete, floor-to-ceiling windows, and sustainable Scandinavian furniture.
Those moving in will also have access to a gym, cinema room, co-working space, private dining area, and lounges.
