Cocaine found in car of unlicensed driver

FORTY-TWO-YEAR-OLD Kristo Elezaj has been banned from the roads for 16 months after he failed to provide a specimen of breath.

Prosecutor Lee Stone told North Staffordshire Justice Centre that police on patrol in Marsh Street, Hanley, came across a Ford C-Max going the wrong way down the one-way system.

Mr Stone said: "He was asked to pull over. But the vehicle drove off. It drove on to Waterloo Road.
