Potters braced for the prospect of Junho being called up by South Korea in January for Asian Cup
STOKE City are aware of potentially missing Bae Junho for most of January due to his selection for South Korea under-22s.
Junho is in the Middle East at the moment for a friendly double header against Saudi Arabia, who will host the under-23s Asian Cup from January 6 to January 24.
The 22-year-old playmaker, pictured, has flitted between senior and youth sides at international level since joining Stoke in 2023.
He has 10 first team caps and is targeting a place at next summer's World Cup but for now he has been named in a 26-man under-22s squad managed by his old Daejeon Hana Citizen coach Lee Min-Sung.
