What if you dreamt of a rose and woke up with it in your hand? It is that magical moment when there is no line between dreams and reality, where we wonder what is really possible in this universe.

WHISPERS OF WELLNESS AT THE FARM IN SAN BENITO

Over the weekend, I experienced one of those moments when I was introduced to a different kind of extravagance—the Lakambini Villa in the ultra-posh The Farm at San Benito. The Farm’s top-tier marketing duo, Jennifer Sanvictores and Kathy Solis, welcomed us to this award-winning wellness haven, which has earned over 100 recognitions from all over the world.

From the latest special massages and detox treatments to medical consultations, meal planning, and nutrition enhancement—plus a bevy of other new health modalities—The Farm proves to be a medical retreat in paradise.

imageEvery aspect of our stay was designed to restore balance, nurture the body, and bring a sense of deep tranquility. When you go for an executive check-up in the hospital, they tell you what your health problems are. But when you go to The Farm in San Benito, they suggest lifetime and lifestyle changes, solutions or even possible cures. They also introduce preventive actions or treatments for your optimum health.

The last time I visited The Farm was over a decade ago, thus, I was extremely excited to try their new Aqua Therapies, which was perhaps one of the deepest experiences I’ve had for quite some time.
